Approach Channel Navigational Clearance Survey

High-density multibeam bathymetric sounding of a 12 km port navigation fairway. Objective was identifying post-monsoon siltation shoals, verifying under-keel clearance for deep-draft container vessels, and updating port navigational charts.

Scope of Work:

• IHO Order 1a Multibeam Bathymetry (MBES)
• SVP casts every 4 hours for acoustic refraction control
• Gridded DTM and bathymetric contour generation in AutoCAD

DREDGING CONTRACTOR SUPPORTEastern Coast, India

Pre & Post Dredging Volumetric Validation

Periodic bathymetric monitoring of a harbour basin turning circle undergoing capital dredging. Provided precise cut-and-fill volume calculations between successive dredge sweeps for contractor milestone billing.

Scope of Work:

• Dual-frequency single-beam soundings in shallow berths
• TIN model volume difference calculations vs. design grade
• Signed volume reconciliation certificates

OFFSHORE UTILITIESOffshore Coastal Corridor

Submarine Pipeline & Cable Route Geophysics

Integrated geophysical survey along an 18 km nearshore subsea utility route. Mapped seabed morphology, rock outcrops, sub-bottom sediment thickness, and detected ferromagnetic debris prior to trenching operations.

Scope of Work:

• Dual-frequency Side Scan Sonar (SSS) seafloor mosaic
• Sub-bottom chirp profiling for sediment depth to bedrock
• Marine magnetometer survey for UXO and cable anomalies

MARINE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITYCoastal Industrial Terminal

Jetty Piling Scour & Seabed Integrity Survey

Acoustic 3D scanning sonar inspection around 48 concrete jetty piles subject to high tidal current turbulence. Quantified scouring cavities around pile foundations and evaluated slope stability of adjacent rock revetment.

Scope of Work:

• High-resolution rotational sector scanning sonar
• 3D point cloud generation around pile collars
• Comparative historical scour depth delta report
